We are looking for a Marketing Assistant / Community manager for a period of 3 – 6 months.
In this role, you are responsible for the marketing activities and community management of Hello Monday Club. You will be maintaining the current activities, further structuring processes, setting up new activities and organizing events.
What you will be doing:
- Project management for content and event calendar
- Creating visuals for social media posts
- Scheduling and creating social media posts
- Publishing articles for Hello Monday Magazine
- Support our live events
- Email marketing
- Lead generation
- Event management
- Community management
We are looking for a young professional with 1-3 years of experience as a marketing assistant, social media manager and/or community manager and who is interested or has experience with the Future of Work and New Ways of Working.
You are eager to learn and bring your enthusiasm and energy to the table.
You can support us with maintaining our current marketing strategy and improve back-office processes and develop new activities and events.
You are great with creating visuals that appeal to our audience and reflect our brand.
You have good copy-writing skills and are native (or as good as) in English.
You are tech savvy, know how to show up in a fully remote team, and understand how to build and engage a community.
We are currently mostly working with Trello, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Streamyard, Canva, Zapier and our own community platform hosted on Mighty Networks. Experience with these tools would be great – otherwise we’ll expect you to learn quickly.

Working with Hello Monday Club
This role is a fully remote role and you will decide when and where you work. You’ll work around 80% a-synchronous with around 20% meetings or events so there is a lot of flexibility in your working times. Together we will decide on your activities, responsibilities and results. In terms of availability, we would say anything between 16-28 hours will do.
This is an unpaid internship with a possibility to become a paid opportunity.
